Dennis Olthoff from Olthoff Racing competed at the HSR Palm Beach Grand Prix in his Superformance MKIII landing him on the podium in every race he entered. For this event Dennis elected to drive a Superformance MKIII rather than his Superformance GT 40 or trademark Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe. The MKIII was by far the crowd favorite especially when Dennis treated them to some “COBRA drifting”.

Dennis finished second in Saturday’s Feature Race close behind an original Porsche 910 (worth an approximate 10 million dollars) which resulted in an amazing finish .

In the American International Challenge event, Dennis finished 1st in class and 2nd overall.

On Sunday, in the final race Dennis came in third, finishing behind a Big Block Corvette and the 910 Porsche.

Congratulations to Dennis on his impressive results and for representing Superformance in such a great light. Overall, it was a great weekend of racing with an excellent track record when it came to reliability.

Olthoff Racing also participated in some charity rides benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of Palm Beach. Each young passenger displayed tremendous excitement and was in awe of the MKIII’s capabilities.
